KANYE WEST TAKES SIDE WITH DRAKE, THROWS SHADE AT MACKLEMORE

Man, this week must have been ‘Pile On Macklemore Week’ because after Drake dissed him in an interview on Feb. 14, Kanye joined the conversation with some harsh words during his concert in New Jersey on Feb. 15.

Drake‘s Rolling Stone interview, in which he criticized Kanye West and more so Macklemore, has definitely got the rap world talking. Kanye himself addressed the controversy at his concert on Feb. 15, and instead of firing back at Drake, he got on his side and piled on Macklemore.

First, Yeezy made it clear that there was no bad blood between him and Drake. “It’s always them magazines trying to pit niggas against one another,” Kanye ranted to the Newark audience. “So tonight, it ain’t none of that. We love Drake. If anything, we gone go after the motherf**kers writing that negativity.”

In the Rolling Stone interview, Drake was quoted criticizing Kanye’s Yeezus album: “There was some real questionable bars on there,” he said. And as if there wasn’t enough love for Drake — the guy who said mean things about Kanye — the “Bound 2″ rapper then decided to follow Drake and go in on his ther victim, Macklemore!

“Macklemore know what it is,” Kanye said, seemingl\y stating how obvious it is that Macklemore is an inferior rapper. “He tried, he made some good music, he’s a good kid, but y’all know what it is.” Talk about a backhanded compliment!

This is definitely not how we expected Kanye to react to Drake’s comments. And poor Macklemore! Unfortunately Kanye’s good mood didn’t extend to him, and in a dark twist, Kanye took Drake’s side instead of his.
