Maybach Music lyrical wordsmith Meek Mill won’t be out of jail till September owing to his petition which was filed by his lawyers being denied by the judge.
The Philadelphia native who was arrested earlier this month for violating his parole was revoked of bail for disparaging his probation officer as well as posting a picture of him posing with a gun online.
According to Meek’s lawyers, the Judge rejected their request to have another judge hear the case. The judge said her schedule won’t be free until September.
Meek’s lawyers believe the rapper’s sentence is “unconstitutional”.
However, Meek Mill’s new album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, would be due in stores September 9.
